Open the hood, rotate the fan blades, and feel if there is any jamming phenomenon. Some screw pumps require a wrench to rotate, and the connecting rod shaft can be rotated in the presence of liquid.
The industrial pump with a bottom valve first injects water, exhausts gas, and also checks whether there is water leakage at the joint of the pipeline. If there is, it must be welded.
Some industrial pumps require refueling to check if the oil level is above half, and some motors need to wait for half a month before adding butter.
Before starting up the Shandong industrial pump, the inlet valve should be opened, and the outlet valve can be slightly opened. The opening degree can be adjusted later, and it is better to have less opening noise. Check whether the screws of the connectors are loose, whether the unit rotates flexibly, and whether there is any jamming phenomenon. Check the cleanliness of the industrial water pump and sealing chamber, whether the surface of the pump unit is clean, and during the unit rotation test. Do you feel any noise or uneven weight to determine if there are any foreign objects or if the shaft is bent inside the pump? When installing the seal, arrange it in a dust-free environment.
When starting up, first turn on the switch and insert a soft wire into the hood to see if the motor is in the same direction as indicated.
If there are no abnormal conditions, the machine can be turned on normally, and then check whether the pipeline is leaking or the pump body is leaking. If a flow meter is installed, the water resistance will be relatively high, and the flow loss is usually significant.
Do not close the valve before stopping the industrial pump, wait until it has stopped before closing the valve.

In winter, pipes should be wrapped with insulation materials outdoors. If industrial pumps are not used for a long time, the water should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
